A little context on our updated Tigers Top 35 Prospects list: five of us submitted individual rankings, and the combined voting determined the final order. Max Clark and Eduardo Valencia were not included because we don’t expect either to return to the minors anytime soon. With that in mind, Josue Briceño emerged as our new No. 1 prospect. The combination of his offensive upside, continued development and proximity to Detroit made him the choice at the top.
