Is there a limit as to how long a video on Twitter can be like there's a limit to the number of characters a tweet can contain?

I'd never heard of this until Gameday showed it this morning. Pretty impressive to be able to stay that still.

I don't know if this is a helpful or a counterproductive exercise regarding muscle memory. One might think it could result in delayed reaction time on the field; on the other hand it could be an excellent exercise to prepare for setting up Miss Direction. Also misdirection.
