Game #81 : Houston Astros @ Detroit Tigers, Thursday June 25th, 6:40 Pm

Harris will botch this trade deadline like he did the others.

Keith K’s looking. Challenged and lost.
Tiger hitters are just lost in the batters box.
Why made the tigers hitting coaches teaching these guys?

Astros pitcher (Tatsuys Imai ) started the game with a 6.00 era.
After 6 innings of shutout ball it’s down to 5.48

They either need better teachers, or better students. Closely watching Tork, Greene, and Keith doesn't give me the feeling that they are very bright.

I’ve got to find something else to do with my evenings this team makes me too angry nearly every day
Me too. So frustrating the American League is absolute garbage and it looks like we won’t get close to the postseason.

Jansen in the 9th .
Let’s a guy steal. Astros move him to 3rd. Sac fly.

What a great at bat by Alversz after the steal.
He Gives himself up to move the runner over to 3rd.
Next batter sac fly. Tigers losing 2-0

Imagine if we could do that ? Im pretty sure we win one of the last two games against the Yankees. Maybe both.

I am at least a bit removed, living in the NYC area, since I end up watching many of the games on Gameday, tonight while working out in the gym. It certainly hasn't brightened up my day, though.

****ing Keith grounds into double play on the 1st pitch.
Keith is not worth his contract at all.

Tiger have 6 guys who are not mlb players and should be replaced.
Although sadly Perez is on the dl. Hopefully Malgeri keeps hitting.

Jones .143
McKinstry .179
Outman .157
Vierling .202
Rogers .149
Perez .180

More if you count some pitchers. And a few other hitters that are close to this list.

Those are winning plays AJ. Your team stinks at moving runners over and or driving in runners from third with less then 2 outs.
