Girls water polo wins CWPA and finishes 4th in NCAA.

It's sixth in school history. Team plays in the ncaa on May 7th.
Finished 29-6 and 7-0. They are ranked 5th ...First since 2010. Ncaa is very tough to qualify for as you have to win this tournament to get a ncaa bid. Last few years they have lost in the CWPA tournament . 6th title in 16 years of the program . They Also Won IN 2002, 2005, 2008,2009 ,2010 and now 2016,
Team made a statement in title game allowing the fewest goals in a 9-2 crushing of #14 Indiana..

Not sure why the call it a upset when michigan is #4 and ASU is # 6 but good girls win 5-4 in ncaa quarterfinals!!!!

#5 Michigan girls finished 4th at the Ncaa and were 30-8 on the season . They lost the third place game to #4 ucla 5-4, and had two girls in the first and second all tournament team. I think the have a real young team.
