This is probably where he belongs, at least in terms of coaching responsibility, given his demonstrated competency.
Still, given the number of mind-bogglingly stupid hiring decisions NFL owners and college AD's make all the time, I could see someone like Minnesota, Arkansas, Texas Tech or the Jacksonville Jaquars hiring him if Tennessee has a good year and he can claim some credit for it.
