Not really. It's only a couple words removed from what would be considered proper English (albeit maybe still colloquial) phrasing: "I will tell you something,..."

I think it's a pretty commonly used idiom, sort of like "looky here" or "get this."
None of them adds any meaning, yet we use them nevertheless.

I am thoroughly enjoying the Detroit Tigers baseball season. I have MLB extra innings, and I watch almost all of most games.

The team isn't great, but it's pretty good.

Sure, there have been a few low points-but that's baseball.

What are my options here if you are going to claim my response is a random string of symbols? Do I really try to come up with a proof?...But it's so simple. All I have to do is divine from what I know of you: are you the sort of man who would put the burden of proof into his own post or his enemy's? Now, a clever man would put the burden of proof onto his own post, because he would know that only a great fool would respond to the argument he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose to reply using a random sequence of symbols. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose to write up a proof.

Don't get me wrong, I am thoroughly enjoying summer. I just woke up today and my fiance had a picture of us tailgating at a game laying out with a note that said "Michigan Football is almost here!". It got me pumped for the season.
