Sorry, I didn't know we weren't to comment about anything other than the Fab Five documentary. I will make sure to limit my comments to Laettner and the documentary.

That "documentary" was a joke just like the Fab Five. I can't stand Jason Whitlock but in this case (and maybe the only time) I think he was spot on.

I had a shirt Freshman year that said "Hurley Sucks and Laettner Swallows!" from before that Dec 91 game at Crisler, depicted in the F5 documentary. I was there. There were always rumors he was gay, but that might just be among all the Duke haters out there

Laettner was a douche but it's hard to bag on his (college) basketball career. He comes across as pretty decent during this recent media run to promote the upcoming 30/30 too.



Duke sucks but in the big picture not nearly as bad as Noter Dame sucks.

not to derail my own thread, but you know all those god-awful clickbait websites that show up on the internet nowadays? we have this d-bag Notre Shame alumnus to thank for creating them. The producer of the 30/30 laettner piece was on Denver radio today. One host - an ND Alum (byco knows) - brought up the F5 and "cheating," but the producer brought it back to UNLV and why everyone hates Duke ...not about the F5
