I have watch a lot of high school games and college both men and wome and I see more **** ups at the end of quarters and halfs with understanding the time and shot clock. So many times teams let the other team get s shot when they don't have to.
It's maddening!!!!!

Yep agreed. Concerned with Wagner though. He looked really shaky in the early parts of the game. Shot was way off too.

Looked bad yesterday too.

In the heat of the moment though I dont' think guys are thinking "ok I can't shoot until there's exactly 1 second left". They're just waiting for the clock to run down close and they just try to shoot in rhythm

Not a great look no. He did a crossover move and had some space I guess. Shot left his hand just as the shot clock turned to 2 seconds. The Purdue guy still had to make a prayer of a shot.

I disagree . Jb is yelling take the last shot and the shoot clock is right in front of walton and he can see it. There was a 2 second differential in game and shot. I think it can be managed. Or better yet fake three and drive. Oh well nice comeback by us regardless!!!!

Getting upset over 1 second isn't worth it though. Ball left his hand just as it switched to 2 seconds left. Hard to be so precise when you're still trying to get a decent attempt up too
