Off-Season/Season Trades/Signings

Ugh.... Bernier is 9 million over 3 years.

Holland FFS.

It is a bit much but Howard will be gone after the season I suspect and honestly I expect Bernier to become the starter sometime this season. The problem is Howard is making too much.

Though I rather have went after the 26 year old on the cheap..

Bernier is OK but the money was stupid. Should have just brought back Mrazek cheaper.

I don't think Mrazek has any intention on returning to Detroit. There was heat with coaching going at least 18 months back.

St. Louis acquire: Ryan O'Reilly

Buffalo Acquire:
1st round pick in 2021
2nd round pick in 2019
Vladimir Sobotka
Patrick Bergland
Tage Thompson

Big deal, also St. Louis paying the 7 million 'signing' bonus on O'Reilly.

Haven't heard anything about the offer Neal had from Vegas.

Thornton back in SJ for 1 year, 5 million.

Hertl signs extension with SJ. 4 years at 5.625 million per annum.

Ottawa reported gave teams permissions to talk a contract with him. Although it comes from Brooksy, the scum of NHL reporters.

Vojnov had his domestic abuse charges which had him leave USA dismissed. Step towards returning to NHL.

Duclair to Columbus at 650k.

That is a steal. However, there must be some issues that Arizona traded him and Chicago did not even bother qualifying him.

Colin Miller signs 4 year extension worth $15.5 million.

Very team friendly contract given his performance this season.

Details are out.

Arizona acquire:
Hossa (LTIR contract)
Vinnie Hinostroza - middle 6 forward
Jordan Oesterle - 2nd/3rd pairing D
2019 third-round pick

Chicago acquire:
Marcus Kruger - bottom 6 forward returning to Chicago
Mackenzie Entwhistle - 18 year old prospect
Jordan Maletta - AHL forward (still young 23)
Andrew Campbell - career AHL d-man
2019 fifth-round pick

Any news on Larkin yet or an idea what kind of deal is he looking for?

Nope.

On Hockeyfuture forum people are expecting 5-7 mil range depending on number of years.

Trouba is awarded a 1 year deal worth 5.5 million by arbitration. Winnipeg has 2 days to decide to accept the offer or let Trouba leave as UFA.
