So I am interested in taking my niece and nephew to their first Michigan game vs Indiana on Nov 19th. I am not sure about the best way to get tickets nowadays as I haven't been to a game in about 4 or 5 years.

Is Stubhub the best way for me to do this? I've never used it , and I'm curious if people have had good or bad experiences with it? Is it basically like Ebay but just for tickets?

Forgive an out of touch person here! Any advice would be appreciated.

At this point it's more similar to buying from the school than from ebay. If you need to save some bucks you could buy them on the street the day of the game, but with two youngsters I'm assuming you'll want to have tickets in hand and enjoy a stress free morning. Stubhub is definitely the way to go IMO.

I buy from StubHub frequently. I have never had an issue. You'll probably be able to ge tickets for a bit below face value for the IU game.

Right now you can get up to four tickets for $70 - $75.

I bought our UW tickets on stubhub. it's pretty easy; you can print them at home and just bring them to the game.

I think they also guarantee the authenticity, so you won't be out of luck buying invalid tickets like you could if you bought them on the street or through craigslist.

stubhub may be a little pricier (10-20% of the ticket price) due to their commission, but it's worth the convenience and peace of mind in my opinion

Bought Cubs-Marlins tickets about 10 years ago and it was very simple and painless.

Just be ready for those 4 tickets at $70 each to cost $350 by the time you're done. Those sites are ridiculous in the amount they charge.

You might want to call the UM Ticket office. I was having trouble with the AD website ordering for the CU game and just called instead. Took 5 mins, had the seats we wanted and paid for. Then my buddy called a few days later and asked for the seat next to ours and got it.

Old school ...

huh. I guess nobody thinks to do that anymore!

I did think of that, but I figured 4 seats together would be pretty impossible to get through the traditional means. I will give that a try first though.

It was just so funny ...you're so conditioned these days to 'Press 1' and Hold for 15 minutes, to finally be connected with someone named 'Jason' who lives in Mumbai. When I called it was like 3 rings and a, "Hello this is Karen, how can I help you today?"

I nearly fell out of my chair
