he was there for some great times.

Grapentine Took over winking got sick. But he was off of the band now for for many years before that. He commutes from Chicago where he's also on the classical radio station to
 
I can still hear his voice and for me he will always be the voice of game day at Michigan Stadium.

RIP. GO BLUE!
 
I remember he announced OL and DL as either "back" [tackle] or "quick" [tackle].
