I wouldn't say he's not succeeding, he averaged 21 minutes and over 10 pts per game. He has everything but size - if he finds the right system where fits in better, improves his assist numbers and gets his 3 pt % into the high 30s (currently at 33% for his career but improved last year) he'll be a star.
