Verlander traded to Houston, TJ Surgery, Wins 2 WS, Wins 3rd Cy Young, a Met, Astro, Giant, Tiger again

"To have the opportunity to come back in this situation and really absorb it and know it's your last time is a really special feeling." JV on attending the as the AL Legend Pick and what Detroit means to him.

Justin Verlander should get a medal for composure during baffling Alex Rodriguez interview.
Well done, Justin.

I heard this on a video and I was saying out loud WTF are you talking about a-roid? Are you on drugs again? What an asshole. I lose respect for MOB for having this cheater on tv as if nothing happened.

SATURDAY SURVEY.
Totally Tigers

The Detroit Tigers’ 2026 season will be ending in just a little less than a month.
Justin Verlander’s career will be ending at the same time.
JV is once again progressing to where he may be re-instated from the IL. He’s been suffering from a left hip inflammation and a severe hamstring strain.
He has started to throw off the mound once again and it’s hoped that he will be able to make at least 1 more start before his retirement. It is not believed that he will not be stretched out enough to pitch more than 3 innings.
There’s no need to remind fans of JV’s resume and the many awards he won. He’s also been very loyal to the Tigers – not wanting to be traded and after last year, wanting to finish his career here.
How do you feel about wanting to see Verlander don that Olde English D one last time on the mound?

How do you feel about seeing Justin Verlander pitch one last time?

1. Really would like to see it.

2. Don't really care.

I voted that I really don't care. If that's what he wants to do, fine. Give him his standing ovation, and $13M, to pitch about 6 innings in 2026. Great job Harris

I think that if this season had gone the way we were led to believe with first place in the AL central already sewn up, everyone who voted don't care would be happy for him retiring in a Tigers uniform. But last years epic fade and the shit bullpen and 4AAAA and washed up players Harris has given the team leaves a bitter taste and feelings for everyone.
Going back to the early 1950's, in my opinion, there is no other great Tigers pitcher with a better career as a Tigers pitcher.
