Anyone struggle with insomnia?

So Jever .... my insomnia has returned.

I have been getting to bed around 10pm most nights but have been waking up between 2-3am and unable to get back to sleep. I finally popped a Melatonin the other night and got some sleep but it made me think about the thread.

And for me, in trying to determine the WHY ... I think it is work-related stress. A number of things have happened lately and my mind seems to get turning and going when I wake up.

Damn, thought I had this under control!!

I usually stay up till I am really tired, and in the meantime have a few drinks. Works like a charm, but some nights I have to lay in bed reading a book.
