Detroit Tigers Minor League Notes

Tigers have signed the following players to minor league contracts:

RHP Derek Law
RHP Bubba Derby

Bubba Derby is the second former Brewers farmhand Detroit has signed in the last two days, joining Jamie Westbrook. They both spent time in Triple-A Nashville in 2021.
 
Jackson Jobe just finished his pro debut today for Lakeland Flying Tigers with one inning and two unearned runs error E6 on a pair of sacrifice flies. He gave up an infield single and a walk and threw a wild pitch. Fastball up to 97 mph according to Bradenton webcast. Slider was as advertised.
