Election Aftermath

you equate teaching kids about sculpture and art with teaching 6-year-olds about oral sex and killing babies? You are completely deranged.

It's quite apparent republicans care more about kids being read stories from transgenders more than they care about kids dying from guns.

Trump will ultimately plea in exchange for no jail time he will agree to drop out, Desantis then pardons him in 2025. The most outrageous part of it all is the double standard. Demoncrats get away with everything and are never held to account for jack shit and it?s not right

I think he'll fight it. I don't think he'll plead. He's shown he's stubborn (or stupid? or brave?) enough to not play along, and enjoys holding up a mirror to show how sleazy and evil the rest of the "elites" are. He'll keep fighting especially since it's giving Trump the only two things he loves: 1) publicity and 2) money. It's boosted his campaign donations.

I think eventually "they" i.e. the parts of the establishment that want him out of the picture will either escalate the case against him by adding new charges, or targeting his kids.

Or they might assassinate him. Or he could also just die (he'll be 77 in a couple months).

He might not care about the personal consequences at this point (at 77, his legacy is more wrapped up in this) and fight to the end. Even if convicted, he could run for president (Eugene Debs ran from prison in 1920 and received the 3rd most votes in that election; around 3.5% of the total popular vote).

I think the powers that be will push the DA to quietly drop charges after a few months, when they see that this has been more of a benefit than a detriment to Trump. The media will generally blackout the decision

Oh he?ll fight that?s why I said ultimately

Because they don?t blame the guns and don?t support laws that remove law abiding citizens? rights and won?t do anything to prevent mass shootings or gang violence?

No that?s from another comment from your boy Johnny. And part of the Florida law you decry is about removing age inappropriate material (like books with graphic depictions of oral sex and other forms of pornography) from elementary school libraries. Try to keep up and quit pretending this is all about a statue.

How I hope that one day we can exchange opinions more civilly. And three fingers are pointing back at me.

Sorry was it ever concluded what the crime was?

The falsification of business records is typically a misdemeanor offense under New York state law. But it can be upgraded to a low-level felony if the prosecution can show the defendant committed the offense with the intention to commit or conceal another crime.

What was the other crime?

According to legal expert Johnny2x2x, I believe the crime was being Donald Trump and/or winning an election.

Don't blame the guns but blame the trans that wants to read

Don't register guns but register bloggers that talks about a governor. So their free speech out the window!... but don't touch my guns.

Mental fuck up?... go purchase 7 guns and shoot up a school! SEVEN!

Republicans are fucking stupid.

I?m pretty sure Audrey knew how to read, she achieved a college degree at an art school.

I think you?re conflating the victimology of the modern transgender to black kids in the South during the Jim Crow era.

Are we ready for this one?

What advice do you give a transgender on a murderous rampage?

?Shoot first, give them your pronouns later!?

I?m here all week!

No one is blaming trans people for wanting to read, we just don?t want to normalize the delusions of mentally I?ll people or expose kids to pedophiles seeking to sexualize them. And no one is running a registration of bloggers (at least no one on the right). You?re getting to be almost as good as MC at making up things no Republicans are saying then arguing against them. Your grasp of the constitution is rivaling Bob?s.

As covered by WFLA last week, state Senator Jason Brodeur has proposed a bill that would require ?bloggers? who are compensated for writing about any Florida elected official to register with a state agency ? either the Office of Legislative Services or the Commission on Ethics, depending on the post?s subject. Registered bloggers must then submit monthly reports disclosing any posts they?ve written about Florida officials, including how much they were compensated and who offered the compensation. Failure would result in a fine of up to $2,500 for each report, potentially on top of other unspecified penalties.

Register bloggers... don't register guns. Fucking...stupid.

Whoa, sounds like a really big problem?

Florida blogger bill draws criticism across political aisle

?and also a major part of the Republican platform both in Florida and nationally unlike the support for state and federal gun registries from just the fringe whackos of the Dem party. Good conflation.

wow. All republicans are fucking stupid based on a few outliers?

Most democrats are stupid too if it makes you feel better.

These are rather large issues that have backing nationally... not a "few outliers". Republicans are more woke than democrats now lol.

Cancel Sam Smith for his performance
Cancel Kelsey ballerini for her performance
Cancel bud light
Cancel the trans community from reading books
Cancel free speech... but don't touch my guns

Again, I think you are talking about a small minority of "republicans"

I lean republican.

I have no idea what Sam Smith performance you are talking about.
I don't even know who Kelsey Ballerini is, let alone the performance you are talking about.
I had about 8 Bud Lights last night...my favorite beer
Trans people can read whatever they want
All people are free to talk about whatever they want. I have a few guns in my attic that were "handed down" from relatives.

Stop generalizing...it makes you sound stupid.

Youre a republican that is in the minority and definitely not one that keeps up with republican taking points.

I'm not saying that in a bad way... that's a good thing. I wouldn't even call their views extreme... but I would say they are the majority of the base nowadays. If you're not a fox news watching Karen, shooting bottles of bud light with your shot gun... you're basically in the minority now. Gratz!

Ps...I said republicans are fucking stupid. You implied that I said all.
