Who the hell is James Outhouse? We seriously don't have anyone that can play centerfield and not strike out at a 45% rate????? This addition alone proves that Harris is an awful GM or POBO or whatever the hack's title is

He is a low economic damage trader. He finds low price castoffs to fill short term holes, usually at low performance levels. Will Outman perform up to the level of Short, or our last Minnesota acquisition last season? That bar is extremely low. They need to raise it if they actually want to move up.
