Get StartedNo surprise here. Nearly every disease can be cured through proper nutrition. You just have to know what to give the body to let it do it's job. Virtually all food today is depleated of the nutrients that our body's need to function. Leave out any co-factor and the body cannot do it's job.
One reason for this is because the soil is devoid of essential minerals.

I have cured of myself of gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, crabs, and the climidia through a diet that included absolutely nothing except beef jerky and Hostess cupcakes and Twinkies pies and other aweets and Mickey's grenade six packs and fifths of Jack Daniels.
So I absolutely agree with the whole nutrition ratio thing.
Although as I recall I did have to trim a little bit down there to deal with the crabs.

And I'm certain with your Magical Mickey Mouse degree you have nothing to worry about.![]()
Sugar is hard to lessen with everything thing in this world pumped with so much high fructose corn syrup. I am better at reading labels, and using less raw sugar in my coffee. (It's hard to stop Splenda lol). Man the sugar industry is just another in a long line of DECIEVERS !!!!!
I understand, though, that every single human is different. We aren't like lab mice...too many variables to have a one diet fits all situation.
This guy says it's about the blood type. It's a pretty well-known book.
The Atkins/Paleo type of diet you said you adhere to this guy says is best for blood type O.
I do my best to avoid high fructose corn syrup. Problem is, it's in a lot of things now. Several of the more common beers are now nothing more than fermented high fructose corn syrup. Of course, they don't tell you this. Several popular alcohols have it in them, as well. They'll hide it under the ol' "natural flavors" ingredient.
I was going to say something along the lines of what Maizeandblue said though and that most meats are pretty much devoid of sugar. As I understand the vegan lifestyle, it would seem very, very difficult to get proper nutrition from a meal plan like that. I would never try as I love to eat meat ( i try to stick to unprocessed meats) and I believe that meat is a completely, natural part of a human's diet. I eat about a half a pound of beef almost every single day and I eat a lot of chicken and fish, as well. I'm the picture of perfect health at age 45. Learn to drink your coffee straight, man. That's the best and the most healthy. You really do learn to taste the bean that way. I never truly appreciated coffee when i was throwing in sweetener and/or milk.
Yeah I have to straight on coffee . Love the smell just hate without sugar . I have not had any meat or chicken for now four months and don't feel unhealthy at all. You don't need meat to survive. But like you said ever individual is different. One thing I notice when talking to people (no one on this board) is they always get defensive about me be not drinking milk or eating meat, and how much they like meat. I am only telling people why I did it and don't really care if others do. My issues are more along ethical issues then health reasons. Heck I weight 165 to 175 at 54 years old. Not like I am overweight.
I'm not saying you're healthy or unhealthy, but weight alone is not that great of a measure of healthiness. It is one measure. There are a lot of other variables to consider, for example blood pressure, lean body mass, resting heart rate, electrolyte levels, hormone levels, and many more. A thin man can still be a ticking time bomb.
I think people do need to eat meat to survive and be healthy, but I understand I'm probably not going to convince you.

Electrolyte levels?
That's for real thing?
I thought that was just some bullshit to sell Gatorade to drunks with hangovers.
You know, marketing to expand beyond the jock market into the hung over drunk market.
That electrolyte shit is for real?
And they got a way to measure it, you know, beyond the amount of Gatorade you drink when you wake up hung over?
The whole sugar increase over past 45 years is scary. The amount we consume now vs 1970 is amazing. A lot due to HFCS. I am guilty of increase and trying to scale way back
