Michigan @ Rutgers

I want people's input on this...

I've re-watched the last few games and have noticed something about our big guys - specifically ALL of them. When the ball goes up, most of the time, they don't get proper position and when the do get proper position, they time the jump very poorly.

I know a lot of us like to say they aren't strong enough, but against most bigs, they do fine. It's the timing and reaction to the shot that is the problem.

I don't know if this is a coaching problem or if they just rely too heavily on their athleticism. At the begining of the year, I criticized DJ for not boxing out, but he's been much better in conference play. Not consistent enough, though, and he still has shit for awareness.

And as I type this, we get about 6 offensive rebounds from Mo. lol

To many turnovers. Frustrating as hell we are Turning it over more then they are.

Coaching problem. We've sucked at rebounding since JB became coach. He just doesn't think it's that important.

Their Center (the abnormally large white guy with sleeves) does NOT look like a basketball player.

Shooting way to many threes. Damn it attack the freaking rim for a change.

Gotta have better awareness, Zak. Should have turned the corner and shot that ball.

We should push the ball every possesion he is on the court . He cannot keep up.
