He only had 2 drives and both were touchdowns. Watch it again. Running was his last resort. You cant sit in a pocket when it is not there and you sure as hell cant pass it to the WRs when they have their routes jumped right away or they are too slow to get into their route. He had less weapons thus he was more impressive in my eyes. When I first watched the game the other day, I thought he may have been taking off too soon. After rewatching 3 times, I feel differently.
Exactly this.
O'Korn was making the right decision to use his legs. His WRs in the game aren't our best and they were going against our best DBs. They weren't getting open. He had Morris as a WR in most of his packages.
He created a huge pass play with his legs, but he had to throw it to Wangler. Wangler made a really odd, bad attempt at catching that pass. Should have been 6 or at least a huge gain.
