pick who you think it will be.

based on what I've read, I'm going with Wilton Speight.

sounds like of the three, he has the weakest tangibles (not as strong of an arm as Morris, and slower than O'Korn). But is apparently the best in the 2 minute drill and intangibles.

I know nothing about his relationship with Harbaugh though; there were rumors he had pissed him off last offseason. the passage of a year, and Speight doing all that was asked of him, including delivering a win at Minnesota, might have smoothed things over.

I get the sense he could be Tom Brady type... his best asset is confidence, which allows him to overcome weakness in any other areas of his game.

He's gotta fix his throwing motion. It's kinda wonky and really elongated.

But I have to say O'Korn. I am basing that on absolutely nothing.

I'd be shocked if either Speight or Morris became the opening-day starter for any reason other than injuries. And that's not because I think O'Korn is or will be all-world, I just feel pretty confident in saying those other guys definitely aren't.

O Korn with Speight as backup. Purely speculation. If O'Korn is not the starter then why did he come to Michigan?

O'Korn but I wouldn't be surprised if it's Speight from what the word is. Really want Shane to redeem himself but it's not looking good.

The spring game is the best Shane has looked. He even did well at WR and he made a block. I still think it will be O'Korn but I bet we will see some 2 QB sets in the game just because we can. Regardless the future of Michigan football is brighter than it has been in 10 years.

Morris looked good? I am watching the replay and he just badly overthrew a guy deep, and then threw a jump ball that got picked off in the end zone.

If you remember how bad he looked last spring game yes Shane looks much better.

I think Speight seems like a more natural passer, but O'Korn's running ability may give him the advantage. I think Harbaugh likes mobile QB's.

Agree with M&B09 that Harbaugh likes the mobility and that O'Korn is the likely starter week 1.

Was at the spring game last night and it looked like O'korn was the spotlight QB, got the most reps of anyone. Seemed to me anyway.

All the QB's had some good moments and made some good passes. If i had to rate their performances, I'd put Okorn first, then Peters. Peters made some great throws.

My only problem with O'korn is that sometimes he didn't even bother letting the play develop and just pulled it down and ran for 2 yards. He seemed to want to run every single play.

That was my biggest problem with O'Korn. He never stepped into the pocket away from pressure. As soon as there was any pressure he was off. That can lead to a lot of wasted passing opportunities and be especially bad against elite defenses where pressure will be there on every play.

I say advantage Speight. Slight advantage. He seems much more mobile than in the past, though he will never be o'korn or even shane.

Well, considering our QB last year cost the team 2 games due to missing a wide open receiver deep, I'm not sure you can say that this disqualifies anyone.
