Biogenesis ready to tell MLB on players Arod, Braun, suspensions coming Updated

Mlb is not judge, jury, and executioner.

They can be in this case though, since its violations of MLB policy and not the law that they want to hand out the suspensions for. Sure, the union will almost certainly fight them if they get handed down, and it may not be entirely fair to suspend them on such little evidence, but MLB certainly has the right to punish the players in the way they see fit in this instance.

They have to show proof that the player received steroids. The union has lawyers for situations like this

I read this: "These days, the commissioner's office is empowered by baseball's Joint Drug Agreement to suspend players without a positive test. All it needs is proof that they used a banned PED, or possessed one, or did business with someone like Bosch and then lied about it when confronted. "

Don't need to prove anything but a relationship.

If I were Peralta and innocent of purchasing and using, I would cooperate. I would not take a bullet for anyone else. If it means getting thrown at every time I step to the plate, then MLB needs to help me in that regard.

I would never smear mud on my own MLB profile/record, not if I'm innocent.

Screw that. Jhonny P is mentioned in this mess, there is more than just arod and braun in this thing.

If he was involved then he deserves a suspension. Why can't people be happy with making millions playing ball. They need PEDs so they can become even more of a millionaire. I mean you can suck in the this game and make tons of money.

Often times its not the bonds and clemens types, its the fringe player looling for that one big contract to set him up financially.

I get that, minor leaguer's a side, but even the Don Kelly's of the world make a lot of money.
