Game 8: Raiders @ Lions *Monday Night* Thread

PFF Grades this week

(excluding low number of snaps)

Top 5 Overall
Barnes 91.6
Goff 84.4
Gibbs 83.3
Decker 82
Joseph 81.4

Bottom 5 Overall
Sutton 33.8
Skipper 37.8
Thor 43.3
J Reynolds 48
Sorsdal 48.9

Other notables
C Reynolds 78.2
Hutch 76.9
Sewell 75.9
Amon-Ra 72.2
Branch 69.4
LaPorta 68.9
Campbell 65.1
McNeill 61.4
Glasgow 57.6
Jamo 55.9
Cominsky 53
Paschal 52.9

Wow, some of those are really surprising. All the sudden Barnes shows up with a 90+?? Sutton was awful and was just bailed out by Jimmy G being awfuler...er......really bad.

Thor with a 43 is surprising. Thought he played a good game yesterday. Not just the sacks, he made a couple of good open field tackles.

ALso, I thought McNeill was dominant. The Lions had one bad defensive series where the Raiders ran it well, but other than that, McNeill was in the backfield all night.

Either way. Good all around win with a few miscues and bad play calls that kept it from being a 45-7 blowout. We lose that game to a good team....but a good feeling going in to the bye.

Well that helps us......

The Bears making that trade for Sweat for 2024 is a little odd, but I guess they thought Sweat was a better option than anyone they could draft at 36(ish).

Sweat doesn't have to stay. He's not under contract next year. It's idiotic to give up a 2nd for that lol. Bears so dumb.

Probably more his terrible offense?.but tomato/tomahto.

Belicheck guys are awful coaches. Go back to riding his coattails.

And Belicheck stinks without Brady at least for his offenses. Patricia as his OC, what a terrible decision. The guy can make a defense out of nothing and make a good team into a great team with the Patriot way but if you don't have the ingredients for a good team and character to deal with the Patriot way, it's a disaster (as seen throughout his coaching tree getting HC jobs)
