so when you ask..why did Scott Harris foolishly believe he could deplete the assets without replenishing them..here's the FACTS behind the question..

The Tigers payroll is 15M less than in 2022..not by edict..but by edict of the new GM..it screams smartest guy in the room..but did his one year hubris neuter his manager and set back his TEAMBUILD..well..my eyes work.
