Milton may have a strong arm, but he doesn't know how to throw a pass. He may be good in practice, but from what I have seen he can't do it in a game.

I was giving Milton a chance, but he’s really bad. Harbaugh and Milton has to go. Gattis too. Throwing a 35 yd jump ball on 3rd and 7 is a terrible call.
