I don't want to hear it...

The real season begins. Lions have clearly passed regular season test with flying colors. Bad games on roads are still wins. We are that good to handle three turnovers in a quarter a blocked field goal and a personal foul to give them 14 and take away 9-14 from us

I thought the real season was starting 4 weeks ago and this offense was going to explode the final five weeks.

Great plan dude. Then when the defense has an off game, we be fucked. Enough of the insults too, faggot.

Little touchy, you fn retard? You're the one who called me a douche first. Go fuck yourself...

And hey! Not my plan, dude. Week 16 and this is what they are. Live with it, you fn homo.

Stafford picks didn't give up points. That would special teams penalty and muff. Just based on stafford and offense we win by 20. Throw in special teams and it's close game on road

He threw the two picks.. Sorry but he did....

But they took away points from the Lions which makes the game much easier to win...Those 6 points we could have had pretty much would have sealed the game earlier...

We have all credited Matt when he makes a great come back and gets a win... Everyone knows if Matt played better and did not throw those 2 picks this game is much easier on everyone...
Matt needs to take that next step....Hopefully he will and his first road win over a team
over .500 will come in Green Bay....

If the Lions want to have a special season, Matt Stafford needs to play better. The team won despite another piss poor performance.

No one here is complaining about the record. But if he pulls that shit against a real team in the playoffs, they'll get blown out.

Good to see that your crystal ball is working.

Nah, they just decided to win the last 4 games in a row is all. No big deal lol

Just be logical man. If you throw two picks in the end zone and leave 14 potential points on the board, you think they'll beat the elite teams? It's not looking into a crystal ball, it's basic football knowledge.

I know he has to play better, and you know he has to play better. No reason to deny that.

techically the Bears didn't really score any points today the lions pretty much gave them all 14

Shoulda been a shut out

Plenty of drops too including tate in redzone. 4 sacks. Blocked field goal. Matt did his job for most part. In position for 23 points is good on road

Then if we factor the picks and blocked field goal true score was

37-0

All is well

LOL

Everyone would take the wins, I wasn't the one that was making stupid predictions.

That's true. All you guys do is complain about the offense and keep hoping for a turnaround. Then scratch your heads when it doesn't happen

We are so good we win with 3 turnovers and blocked field goal. Amazing team.

I'm happy as shit with where the team is as far as winning games, and it could be considered hypocritical of me, and if it is then I'll just be a hypocrite. I care about how we win/what kinds of teams we win against. What I mean by that is that I have seen us win a "boring" game maybe twice this season. I'm ready to see games that aren't littered with Dumbfuck quarters and halves resulting in having to comeback many times over. I'll take the wins however they get them but I also want to see a be great team that can beat another great team.

Of course 7 drops by the bears could of taken points away from them.

You realize 23 is average right. That was best case scenario. At best we were average against the worst defense in the league.

Yep and we won. Crazy eh?!?!

Lions drove well all day. Pack just scored 20 against team we put 34 on

Lions offense will explode at right time.

We gave bears 14. Lions ran well, moved ball much better and had drops too. Position for 37 points.

Lions will explode in playoffs. It's what Caldwell does best

Hate to say this, but the little moron has a solid point here.

It's always the same old shit from the negative nellies on this board. "We didn't score a lot against a crap defense. We only put up X number of points on the Y rated defense in the league. Blah blah blaaaahhhh".

We put up 34 on the Bucs, and the Pack could only manage 20. So are we ready to argue how bad the Packers offense is, because they didn't exceed fantasy football expectations today?

The Patriots barely escaped the Jets by a single point, and the Jets have won fewer games than the Bears. Are we ready to go BACK to the talk of benching Brady?

Raiders beat the Bill, who beat the Packers AND the Lions, so I guess that means the Raiders would be the #2 seed in the NFC if they were in our conference, right?

Playing Rock, Paper, Scissors football has never won a championship, and it's never made for an intelligent sports debate, ever.

The Lions are 11-5 and they have a playoff spot clinched. They have a chance to win their first division title since 1991... albeit a damned slim chance.

Those are the ONLY relevant facts, because football is a fickle bitch from week to week.

Ok..Packers held a team to 3 that scored 17 on the lions.....what's your point?

That's exactly the point. Rock, paper, scissors football.

This isn't a schoolyard fight in the 3rd grade where the kid who beats up the bully is now the toughest kid on the playground.

Matchups, schema, familiarity with the opponent... it's all relevant and it doesn't matter who did what to whom.

We beat the Bears today. We are perfect against the NFC North so far this year, with one to go. That's what matters.
