    1991...a new look back for Lions fans

    Lions have had some bad luck with players. Utley in 91, Andolsek in 92, who was listening to his walkman in his front yard pruning roses and was run over by a semi truck. Reggie Brown in 97 who died on the field and had to be revived (same game Barry went over 2K).

    The dynamics of the league have changed since LA had a team, you don't need a sellout to make money you just need people to tune in(TV rev is where the money is at). My bet is that Oak and Rams end up in LA with SD staying put and getting a new stadium. With SD trying to move to LA it opens...

    Shame on the NFL

    They got rid of letting people speak on behave of the deceased after the Derrick Thomas speech went for 28 minutes (they are only supposed to be 8-10 mins). I believe Tinglehoff is suffering from Alzheimer's and they were worried he would forget what he was doing in the middle of the speech...

    my vote was for a geyser. As it passes into darkness it still reflects light showing that it is higher that the surface. My guess is a geyser pushing water above the surface and the vapor is reflecting light like clouds do here on earth.

    2-3 years ago the raiders lost to the chargers because their Long Snapper got hurt. they couldn't punt or kick a FG. It was pretty funny watching them fail.

    Depends on what happens. if he goes undrafted then he won't be allowed to enter next years draft, but if he is drafted and refuses to sign then he will go back into next years draft. He wont be invited to the combine but he could work out at a teams pro day. Bo Jackson did this when the bucs...

    duuuuuuuude we went 4-0 the year we went 0-16, preseason doesn't matter. we tell the NFL who we want to play in the preseason and they do their best to make it happen.
