We still look good for the Sugar (TCU), but Georgia has to lose to LSU.....Georgia goes Sugar if they win.

Using flight miles either way, so the flight will be free.......and sharing the hotel costs with others and the rental car with be paid for with miles as well.......so for me it's all about which city I want to go to and that would be Nawlins as you accurately put it. Lived in Tucson for two...

Indy is a terrible place for the btchampionship

I'd rather go to Minneapolis than Indianapolis. Indianapolis is just not a very good city to host an event like this.......boring! Detroit would be my first choice just because weather wouldn't be a factor in Ford Field and there is a lot of nice hotels in their downtown along with...

No.......I don't want the Fiesta......I'm going to the bowl (wherever it may be), so therefore I want the Sugar because I've never been to New Orleans......where as I've been all over Arizona a bunch of times and the idea of going there again doesn't excite me.

    OSU Self-imposing...

I would love it if that were true......but even if it is, we probably wouldn't know. If they get hammered now, which is definitely a possibility, who knows if the NCAA was influenced by the PSU scandal because they wouldn't admit it.

Well there is a bit of good news............Ah, finally we might see some justice handed out for o$u. Great news!!!

Penn State scandal gets even worse?

I agree......I'd rather not have to look at that.......if someones going to cross moral lines and post a photo with penetration at least let it be pleasantly arousing.

Penn State scandal gets even worse?

Unbelievable!!! if true........ Also, Penn St. (or as someone on the radio called it Ped State) might be told there will be no season next year just to allow the entire University from top to bottom to clean house, give the student athletes a chance to transfer, and give the University a whole...

Paterno will retire at end of season

Oh Ok, I thought you were serious because this is a VERY VERY serious topic that can bring out a lot of emotion in people.......but I should of known you were kidding with your method of justice (stoning?).

Paterno will retire at end of season

What coach is going to want to come into this mess? I think this is going to be devastating for PSU recruiting too........we'll see.

Paterno will retire at end of season

I agree with all of that including the word "IF" all those things are true. There is a lot of facts that still have to come out on this, and more still that have to be proven before I jump on an old man that may or may not have all his faculties.

Paterno will retire at end of season

Yeah......you're smart I'm not defending him. I think PSU should clean house and maybe Paterno shouldn't finish the season(he definitely needs to go) but the man is in his 80's and is practically just a figure head (i'm surprised he knows his own name when he wakes up in the morning). I blame...

Paterno will retire at end of season

He might be a scumbag, but Im not rushing to judgement on JoPa until all the facts are out, and waiting until guilt has been proven in court isn't a bad idea either. But regardless, I think this decision is the right answer right now......I could change my mind on that down the road.

Paterno will retire at end of season

An announcement from PSU will be made today making Paterno's retirement at the end of the season official.

Paterno will retire at end of season

Paterno to step down at the end of the season according to Mike and Mike and ESPN. It apparently came over the AP wire like five minutes ago. http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/7211281/penn-state-nittany-lions-joe-paterno-retire-end-season

Ty Law.......that's who he looked like out there today, including Law's swagger. Same style and technique........I'm encouraged, lets hope we found someone today. Unfortunately I haven't walked away from a game saying good things about a prospect (except Denard of course) in awhile. You can...

New users on the ESPN Forum!

There has got to be at least a handful of people on any board that enjoys military history. I for one love it.....I have the Military Channel on all the time. I find WWII fascinating, but I can find interest in any noteworthy historical event, military or otherwise. In my two tips to Hawaii, I...

do not like our lack of decent passing game

I hate to say it, but they're going to have to bring in D Gardner at some point this season to try and get that vertical passing game going. When we get into conference play those good D's are going to FORCE us to pass.....(and those little dinks and dunks passes won't get it done either).

    msu v. michigan

This years Michigan-MSU game should go states way on paper. But, Michigan is a HUGE question mark.....I don't think anyone can say for sure or with any kind of certainty what's going to happen with this Michigan team. I've never been around a Michigan team with potential to be good and at the...
